1. Every call opens by saying it's an AI. The first sentence is set by our servers, not improvised: “Hi, I'm June, an AI assistant calling on behalf of Frank Kowalski.”
2. We check every call afterward. If the disclosure is missing from the first thing June said, the task stops for human review and our team is alerted. Our target is zero.
3. No human secretly places or joins a call. If we ever add human help, it will be labeled — to you and to the business.
4. Recording is disclosed. When recording is on, the call says so.
