AI-calling notice
Last updated October 19, 2026
Sage's assistant, June, is an artificial-intelligence voice agent. It places calls to businesses on behalf of the person it helps, and — with that person's consent — calls them to check in.
How every call opens
The first thing June says is fixed by our servers, not left to the AI:
- To a business: “Hi, I'm June, an AI assistant calling on behalf of Eleanor Whitfield. …”
- To the person it helps: “Hi Eleanor, it's June, your Sage assistant. I'm an AI assistant. …” — on every call, not just the first.
After each call we check the transcript. If the disclosure is ever missing, the task is stopped for human review and our team is alerted. See Honest Calls.
Recording
Calls are recorded only where the person consented, and it's disclosed on the call. Consent calls are always recorded — they are the record of permission.
Synthetic voice only
June uses a synthetic voice. We never clone anyone's voice and never impersonate a person.
Sage is not an emergency service. In an emergency, call 911.
