Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of Sage (sage.jenai.dev), a service of Agentic Services LLC. By creating a care circle or using June, you agree to them.

Not an emergency service

Sage is not an emergency service. In an emergency, call 911.

Check-in calls and the family alert ladder are a convenience, not a medical-alert or monitoring service. Sage never contacts 911 and does not replace emergency services, medical alert devices, or in-person care.

Consent comes first

When someone sets up Sage for another adult, nothing starts until that adult says yes on a recorded call. They can change what family sees, pause, or stop at any time. We may decline an account if the person can't consent for themselves.

What June does and doesn't do

• June is an AI. It says so on every call, uses a synthetic voice, and never impersonates anyone.
• June never gives medical, legal or financial advice. It offers to call your doctor or pharmacist instead.
• June never buys gift cards, wires money, pays in cryptocurrency or prepaid cards, or spends over your limits without the approval you've configured.
• Benefits and billing calls gather information only — June can't agree to payment plans or plan changes.

Plans and billing

The free trial includes 3 completed calls and a week of check-ins, with no card. Paid plans bill monthly; you're charged only for calls that get done, and check-ins never count against your plan. Gift plans are prepaid for 3, 6 or 12 months.
