Privacy Policy

Sage (sage.jenai.dev) is operated by Agentic Services LLC. This policy explains what we collect to run Sage — the assistant, June, that makes phone calls and check-in calls for adults living independently and their care circles — and what we never do with it.

What we collect

• Account details for care-circle members: names, phone numbers, email addresses, and roles.
• What you tell us about the person Sage helps: their name, phone, time zone, optional notes (for example "uses a walker"), providers, and medication names for refill reminders. We use medication names only to remind and arrange — never for dosing logic or advice.
• Call records: transcripts, outcomes and, where recording is consented to, audio. Consent-call recordings are kept for the life of the account because they are the record of permission.
• Consent records: when and how each consent was given, revoked or re-confirmed, and SMS opt-in evidence (time, IP address or call reference, and the disclosure version).

What we don't do

• We don't build profiles of people who aren't users. Provider records hold business information only.
• We don't train AI models on your data, and we use AI providers under no-training, zero-retention API terms where available.
• We don't sell or rent personal information.

Who sees what

The person Sage helps sees everything about themselves. Family members see what that person has agreed to share; they can pause family visibility at any time. Safety alerts from a missed check-in still reach the people on the alert ladder.

Health information

Sage is a direct-to-consumer service, not a HIPAA covered entity or business associate. We still handle health-adjacent information carefully: we share only what a call needs, encrypt stored credentials, log access to recordings and medication lists, and purge ordinary call recordings after 90 days.

Text messages

SMS. If you opt in to text messages, we use your mobile number only to send the Sage messages you asked for. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except for aggregators and providers of the text message services.

Your choices

• Download your data or delete your care circle from Settings, or by emailing help@jenai.dev. Deletion removes your records and recordings.
• Reply STOP to any text to stop texts. Tell June "stop" on any call to pause calls.

Sage is not an emergency service. In an emergency, call 911.
